正交设计法对复方中钩藤碱水煮工艺的研究

摘　　要：采用正交设计法对钩藤复方中钩藤碱的水煮时间和其它工艺条件进行了优选研究，确定了合理可行的工艺条件，即：用碎钩藤，无须浸泡，水煮２次，共５０ｍｉｎ，共加水２５倍，在此工艺条件下，钩藤碱的提取率为３９．７１％。含量测定方法为薄层扫描法。The optimal study on the water extraction time and other process conditions for rhynchophylline in prescription with Ramulus Uncariae Cum Uncis has been carried out by the orthogonal design. The reasonable and available process conditions were established. The conditions included: powdering Ramulus Uncariae Cum Unics, without macerating, then extracting it with wate for 2 twice (50 min and 25 times amount of water all told). Under above conditions the extraction rate of rhynchophylline was 39.71%. The determination method used in this experiment was TLC scanning.
