摘　　要：以反相高效液相色谱法测定了连翘药材及感冒退热颗粒中连翘甙的含量；色谱条件为：ＯＤＳ柱（２５０ｍｍ×４．６ｍｍ，５μｍ）；流动相∶乙氰－水（３５∶６５）；检测波长：２７７ｎｍ；测定结果，平均回收率９６．７％。A RP HPLC method was developed for the determination of forsythin in Fructus Forsythiae and Ganmaoturie Granules. The reverse phase system consists of an ODS sillica gel column (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm), a mobile phase of acetonitrile water(35∶65), and a detection wavelength at 277nm. The average recovery was 96.7%.
