万福液镇痛止痒作用的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的:观察万福液对实验性小鼠痛阈及对豚鼠致痒阈的影响,阐明其镇痛止痒的作用特点。方法:采用小鼠热板法进行镇痛试验,采用磷酸组胺致豚鼠足痒的方法进行止痒试验。结果:万福液能明显抑制小鼠热刺激所致的疼痛,且具有抗组胺致痒的作用,提高致痒阈,降低其反应性。结论:万福液具有镇痛止痒作用。Objective：To observe Wanfu liquid on experimental pain threshold in mice and guinea pigs induced itch threshold effect, clarify the characteristics of its analgesic effect of itching. Methods：Mice were hot plate analgesia test, guinea pigs by histamine phosphate method itch itching foot test. Results：Wanfu solution could inhibit the pain caused by thermal stimulation in mice, and had anti-histamine induced itch, and improved itching threshold, reduced its reactivity. Conclusion：Wanfu solution has analgesic effects itching.
