中药灌肠联合抗生素治疗慢性前列腺炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药灌肠联合抗生素治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:慢性前列腺炎患者176例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,分别给予中药灌肠联合抗生素治疗和单纯抗生素治疗,对比其临床疗效。结果:治疗组90例,治愈40例,有效36例,无效14例,总有效率为84.44%;对照组86例,治愈26例,有效25例,无效35例,总有效率为59.30%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:抗生素同时辅以中药灌肠治疗慢性前列腺炎能取得更好的疗效。Objective：To evaluate the effects of Enema with ttaditional Chinese medicine in combination with antibiotics in treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods：176 patients who were diagnosed as chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into study group （n=90） and control group （n=86）. The former received of Enema with traditional Chinese medicine in combination with antibiotics treatment,and the latter only received antibiotics treatment. Results：There were 40 cases of patients were cured and 36 cases of patients were improved,the total effective rate was 84.44% in study group. There were 26 cases of patients were cured and 25 cases of patients were improved, the total effective rate was 59.30% in control group. Conclusion：Enema with traditional Chinese medicine in combination with antibiotics is a safe, effective way of treating chronic prostatitis.
