摘　　要：目的:就术后康复训练对高龄髋关节置换患者关节功能恢复的影响进行分析和讨论。方法:以2008年1月～2010年12月来本院进行髋关节置换治疗的38例高龄患者作为研究对象,并根据患者的性别、年龄、疾病类型、手术方式、全髋假体等将患者分为观察组和对照组,其中对照组患者采用的是常规康复护理,而观察组则按照特殊方法进行早期康复护理。结果:观察组患者术后半年关节功能的恢复率明显高于对照组患者。结论:科学、合理的早期康复训练有助于患者关节功能得到更加彻底和快速的恢复,应在临床中加以推广使用。Objective：To analyze postoperative rehabilitation training on older pulp joint replacement patients joint function recovery influence. Methods：In January 2008 to December 2010 to our joint replacement therapy for pulp of 38 cases of age patients as the research object, and according to the patient＇s gender, age, disease types, operation methods, whole pulp prosthesis divided patients into trial group and control group, control group were treated by conventional rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group took early rehabilitation nursing. Results：The observation group patients postoperative half year joint function recovery rate was obviously higher than that of the control group patients. Conclusion：The scientific and reasonable early rehabilitation training help patients get more thoroughly and rapid recovery, should be iextended use. [
