丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价丹红注射液对急性脑梗死患者的近期临床疗效和安全性。方法将120例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用丹红注射液,对照组仅给予常规治疗。观察两组治疗前后神经功能缺损积分及血液动力学的变化。结果治疗组临床基本治愈率为30%,显著进步率为45%,显效率为75%,有效率95%,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),无出血并发症。结论丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死安全有效。Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efect and safety of Dan Hong injection in the treatment of acutecerebral infarction.Methods 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group were given Dan Hong injection on the basis of routine treatment,but the control group were treated only routinely.The defect of nerve function and the changes of homodynamic were observed after treatment.Results The overall curative rate was 30%,the significant progressive rate was 45%,the responding rate was 75% and the effective rate was 95% in the treatment group.Which were significantly diferent as compared with those of control group（P0.05）.No bleeding complication occurred.Conclusion Dan Hong injection is safe and reliable in treating acute cerebral infarction.
