摘  要:在重定量高效工艺中,如何使粗纱牵伸重定量适应梳理重定量带来的附加不均负效应,为细纱提供符合要求的粗纱,为此分析了重定量工艺对牵伸移距偏差、两对力、须条不匀的组成以及纤维运动的影响,重点从牵伸型式、牵伸工艺、钳口工艺、牵伸倍数、附加牵伸元件等方面阐述了重定量工艺对粗纱工序以及粗、细纱工艺配合的影响与控制。指出:重定量工艺必须合理确定与粗纱工艺相适应的并条定量,确保喂入的粗纱满足细纱的质量要求,运用新型专件器材控制纤维运动的变速;粗纱重定量应在系统控制中推广应用,其工艺核心应围绕重定量、重加压、附加摩擦力界紧控制来实施。In the big-ration-set process, as to how to remove the negative effect of the big ration set of the roving draft in conformity with the big ration set of the carding process, analysis is done to the impact of the big-ration-set process on the shift variation of draft, the duo-force, the poor distributed fiber strand and the fiber movement. Highlight is given to the big-ration-set process as to its impact on and control of the roving process, as well as the spinning process in conformity with the roving process from the following. draft mode, draft process, draft multiple and the attached elements. Conclusion is made that the big-rationset process must be properly configured with the roving process in drawing ration, assuring the roving fed caters the requirement of the spinning production. Selection of the new accessories and parts is necessary for the fiber speed variation. It is recommended that big ration set in roving production be promoted in the system control,the key process including big ration,heavy pressure,tight friction field control system.
