摘　　要：针灸作为传统医学充分发挥了它的临床实用价值,针灸学同所有中医学科一样离不开辨证方法,它指导着针灸临床医生。针灸临床,除了辨证方法外,还需辨经,这就是针灸治病独特之处。针灸临床,除了传统的辨证外,还得辨清属哪一条经及其表里属络关系,只有辨证清楚,辨经明确,刺穴有方,才能有效的治疗疾病。acupuncture as traditional medicine gives full play to its clinical practical value, as with all Chinese medicine discipline acupuncture can it guides the dialectical method, acupuncture and clinical doctors.
