摘　　要：介绍了华东电力系统数据通信增值网的系统结构设计和增值网通信服务软件的设计思想。其要点是引入了前置通信服务机减少了主站的通信负荷，实现了不同网络通信协议的透明调用，扩展了电力部部颁应用层协议，提供了不同应用层协议的主站接入方式。In this paper,the design of the system structure and the related communication-service software of the Value-added DataCommunication Network for East China Electric Power System are presented.The key point is the introduction of a communication serverwhich alleviates the master station's communication-load, and implementS the transp arent call among diffeent network protocols. Furthermore,the National Application Layer Protocol for Real Time Data Communication in Power System is extended,and the access of master stationsusing various application protocols is also provided.
