摘　　要：目的探讨Th1、Th2细胞在肺结核患者免疫机制中的作用。方法比较初治肺结核患者(TB组,23例)、耐多药肺结核患者(MDR-TB组,20例)和健康人群(HC组,15例),用流式细胞术检测外周血Th1和Th2细胞百分率。结果 TB组Th1和Th2细胞百分率分别为(5.23±1.27)%和(3.43±1.19)%,略高于MDR-TB组的(2.89±0.91)%和(1.77±0.62)%(P>0.05);但两组均明显低于HC组的(8.79±2.87)%和(6.46±1.45)%(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者外周血Th1和Th2细胞百分率明显降低,提示其在人类感染结核分枝杆菌的免疫反应和肺结核的发病机制中起重要作用。Objective To investigate the role of the expressions of Th1 and Th2 cells in peripheral blood in the immunology responses of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The percentages of Th1 and Th2 cells in peripheral blood were counted with flow cytometry in 23 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis diagnosed initially（group TB）,20 patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis（group MDR-TB） and 15 healthy controls（group HC）.Results The percentages of Th1 and Th2 cells in group TB were（5.23±1.27）% and（3.43±1.19）%,which were slightly higher than（2.89±0.91）% and（1.77±0.62）% in group MDR-TB（P0.05）.But the percentages of Th1 and Th2 cells in groups of TB and MDR-TB were significantly lower than（8.79±2.87）% and（6.46±1.45）% in group HC（P0.05）.Conclusion The levels of Th1 and Th2 cells are decreased in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,suggesting that Th1 and Th2 cells immunology responses may play an important role in the pathogenesis and progression of pulmonary tuberculosis.
