摘  要:分室脉冲引射除尘是一种新的除尘方式,它具有在线清灰、结构简单、运行可靠的优点.为了揭示分室脉冲引射袋式除尘器的清灰机理,首先运用可压缩气体绝热流动能量方程推导出喷口的流速和流量,继而根据自由射流理论推导出不同射流断面的平均动能计算公式,最终根据反吹风速与平均动能的关系,得到了反吹风速的计算方法.同时,根据实验模型的测定数据,总结出粉尘清灰力与清灰效率之间的关系式为:Φ=0.79-exp[-B(F-C)λ].根据上述结果可以确定在粉尘负荷一定的条件下,要达到预定的清灰效率所必需的反吹风速和喷口直径,研究成果可为清灰系统的设计提供理论基础.Chamber type jet injection is a new type of dust-cleaning,which has many advantages including an on-line cleaning system,simple structure and reliable performance.In order to demonstrate the mechanism of dust-cleaning,the coercible gas heat insulating energy equation was firstly used to deduce the velocity and air mass and then according to free-jet stream theory,the amount of air and average energy of the injecting profile were deduced.Thus the reversal air velocity was obtained.A bag filter model was suggested according to the theoretical investigation.And the relationship between detachment stress and dust-cleaning efficiency was obtained based on experiments.Accordingly,the reverse air velocity and the diameter required for the predetermined dust-cleaning efficiency could be calculated under a certain dust load.The investigation results provided a reference for the design of dust-cleaning systems.
