摘 要:利用硫堇(Th)和碳纳米管(CNTs)对磷酸锆(ZrP)改性,并以改性的ZrP复合材料作为催化剂载体,采用化学还原法制备得到Pt/ZrP-Th-CNTs复合催化剂。SEM研究结果表明,金属铂(Pt)微粒在载体表面具有很高的分散度,且颗粒大小均匀,电极的比表面积也得到较大提高。考察了复合电极在酸性介质中对甲醇的电催化氧化行为,结果表明:在催化剂Pt载量相当情况下,Pt/ZrP-Th-CNTs/C较Pt/C对甲醇表现出更好的电催化氧化活性及稳定性。复合催化剂载体ZrP-Th-CNTs是甲醇氧化电催化剂的良好载体。Th and CNTs were applied for the modification of ZrP,then chemical reduction methods have been applied for the preparation of Pt/ZrP-Th-CNTs composite catalyst.SEM results showed that the Pt nanoparticles supported on ZrP-Th-CNTs were small and well dispersed on the surface.The electrocatalytic activity of composite towarded the oxidation of methanol had been investigated using cyclicvoltammetry(CV) under acidic condition.The results showed that Pt/ZrP-Th-CNTs/ graphite electrode presented better electrocatalytic activity and stability toward methanol oxidation in contrast to Pt/ graphite celectrode under the condition of the same Pt loading.It is implied that the composite catalyst support was the promising catalyst support for methanol electro-oxidation.
