摘 要:对纳米TiO2进行表面处理,采用适当的聚合工艺制备了纳米TiO2/聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸酯复合乳液。对由复合乳液制得的薄膜进行耐磨性测试发现,纳米TiO2含量小于3%时,涂膜的耐磨性随纳米TiO2含量的增加明显增强。该乳液的热重分析表明,在纳米TiO2存在下,苯丙乳液的聚合度有所下降。应用该复合乳液得到自制涂料,纳米TiO2与涂料简单物理共混制得普通涂料,经涂层隔热性能对比实验证实,用复合乳液制得的涂料相比普通涂料对热辐射具有更显著的阻隔效果。The nano-TiO2/styrene-acrylic resin composite emulsion was synthesized by in situ emulsion polymerization in the presence of modified nano-TiO2 particles.Results showed that the abrasion resistance of the composite emulsion film were greatly increased with the increasing of nano-TiO2 when less than 3 wt%.The degree of polymerization of styrene-acrylic resin were decreased in the presence of nano-TiO2.Two serials of coatings were prepared by synthesized emulsion as binder with additives and other materials.The first serial of coatings was made of nano-TiO2/styrene-acrylic composite emulsion.The second serial of coatings was made of pure organic emulsion and nano-TiO2 mixed physically.The contrast experiments showed that the first serial of coatings had more noticeable heat insulation.
