摘 要:以钼酸钠和硫代乙酰胺为原料,生物分子L-白氨酸为添加剂水热条件下合成了花状二硫化钼(MoS2),并通过X-射线衍射,X-光电子能谱以及冷场发射扫描电镜对产物的结构和性质进行了表征和分析。通过考察反应温度、氨基酸的种类等对产物形貌的影响,得出只有当用L-白氨酸作添加剂且其用量为1mmol,反应温度为220℃时才能得到形貌较好的花状MoS2。此外,初步探讨了其形成机理,结果表明,L-白氨酸的结构和物化性质在花状MoS2的形成过程中起到了非常重要的作用。A simple biomolecule-assisted hydrothermal approach was successfully developed to synthesize flower-like MoS2 microspheres through the reaction of sodium molybdate with thioacetamide in the presence of L-leucine.The structures of the products were characterized by the X-ray power diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectrum(XPS) and field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM).The influences of the hydrothermal temperature and the kinds of amino acids on the sizes and morphologies of the products were discussed.The experimental results showed that the flower-like MoS2 could be obtained only when 1 mmol L-leucine was used and the hydrothermal temperature was 220 ℃.The possible reaction mechanism was also proposed and suggested that the structure and physicochemical properties of L-leucine played an important role in the formation of flower-like MoS2.
