摘  要:特高压南阳站建成投运后,鄂豫断面将形成1 000/500 kV电磁环网运行格局。从输电能力、安全稳定水平、短路电流水平、小干扰稳定多角度全面分析了特高压电磁环网的运行特性,指出大规模功率转移造成低一级电压线路过载的问题较为突出。针对该问题,研究鄂豫断面电磁环网运行的安控策略,在对各种常规措施以及自动电压控制(automatic generator control,AGC)配合措施进行比较后,提出了综合考虑AGC协调控制的安控策略。该策略的实施可有效降低维持系统稳定所需的安控措施繁琐程度,为安全调度特高压电网提供了新的指导思路。After the building up and putting into operation of Nanyang ultra high voltage AC(UHVAC) substation,the electromagnetically coupled 1000/500 kV loop operation of the tie line connecting Hubei power grid and Henan power grid appears.In the viewpoint of transmission capability,security level and stability level,short-circuit current level,small signal stability,the operation characteristics of UHVAC electromagnetically coupled loop are overall analyzed,and a prominent problem is pointed out that the large-scale power transfer leads to the overload in transmission line belonging to lower voltage grade.For this reason,the security and stability control measures for the electromagnetically coupled 1000/500 kV loop operation of the tie line are researched,and after the comparisons of various conventional measures as well as the measure to coordinate with automatic generator control(AGC) a control measure,in which the coordinated AGC is comprehensively considered,is proposed.Implementation of the proposed control measure can effectively mitigate the cumbersomeness of security and stability control measure that is necessary to maintain power grid stability and offer a new idea for the secure dispatching of UHVAC power gird.
