摘  要:为了对红掌的遗传变异做出检测,从红掌品种粉冠军继代6代后的组培苗中随机选取100株样品进行RAPD分析,从50条随机引物中挑选出7条稳定性较好的引物,共扩增出48条带,其中1株样品带型发生变化,红掌组培苗的样品变异率为1%。研究结果为红掌工厂化育苗提供了快速、经济和准确的遗传变异检测技术。The research was to detect the genetic variation in Anthurium andraeanum.One hundred tissue culturing seedlings of Pink Champion variety sub-cultured 6 times were selected randomly for RAPD analyses.Seven of 50 random primers were used in this study for its stabilized amplification.Forty-eight clear bands were amplified from the samples mentioned above and 1 sample varied in the bands.So the genetic variation rate of the samples was 1%.The research results would provide rapid,economical and accurate detection of genetic variation for industrial seedling in Anthurium andraeanum.
