摘  要:2008年海南三亚种植的哈密瓜品种金蜜6号发生了严重的枯萎病,主要病状表现发病初期病株叶片自下而上逐渐萎蔫,中午更为明显,早晚尚能恢复,数日后整株叶片严重萎蔫下垂,不能再恢复正常,全株死亡。从哈密瓜金蜜6号病根部分离得到了病菌经柯赫法则验证为致病病原菌,且该病原菌对黄瓜、香蕉、番茄和辣椒幼苗不致病。根据病原真菌的菌落形态、菌落生长速率、大型分生孢子、小型分生孢子、厚垣孢子和分生孢子梗等形态学特征,以及rDNA ITS序列分析,初步鉴定其为尖孢镰刀菌甜瓜专化型(Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.melonis)。A serious Melon Fusarium wilt was first found in Sanya,Hainan Province in 2008.During the early stages of the disease,the leaves wilted gradually from bottom to top with the wilt being the most pronounced at noon and were still capable of recovering at morning and night.However,A few days later,all the leaves wilted down and resulted in the death of the whole plant.A pathogen satisfied Koch's law,was isolated from the melon(Jinmi No.6)and identified as a causal agent.The causal pathogen was not a pathogen to cucumber,banana,tomato and pepper seedlings.Based on the characterictics of the colony morphology,colony growth rate,macroconidia,microconidia,chlamydospores and conidiophore and the rDNA ITS sequencing analysis,the pathogen was preliminarily identified as Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.Melonis
