摘  要:测试分析内燃机曲轴的瞬时转速是识别内燃机做功状况和曲轴扭转振动特性的一种重要手段。内燃机在加速状况下采集到的曲轴旋转信号通常包含各种干扰信号,影响瞬时转速计算的准确性。提出了一种新的曲轴转速分析方法,设计一种中心频率随转速变化的窄带通滤波器,对曲轴旋转信号进行预处理,然后利用滤波后的信号计算曲轴的瞬时转速。基于曲轴实测旋转信号的分析结果表明:该方法修复了旋转信号中的失真部分,提高了曲轴瞬时转速的计算精度。It is an effective means to identify the characteristics of engine power and crankshaft torsional vibration measuring and analyzing the instantaneous speed of engine crankshaft.However,the crankshaft rotation signals acquired from the accelerating engine often include various noises,lowering calculating accuracy of the instantaneous speed.A new preprocessing method of rotation signals was proposed.A narrow band-pass filter whose center frequency may vary with actual crankshaft speed adaptively was designed specially.The crankshaft rotation signals were filtered by the filter before being used for calculation of the instantaneous speed.Practical application of the speed tracking filter shows that it can repair the distorted signals and improve the accuracy of instantaneous speed computation.
