摘 要:本文通过理论分析,研制了一种冷热箱—热流计法墙体传热系数现场检测仪,并对冷热箱温控精度进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:冷热箱内的空气温度稳定性和均匀性较好,温控精度较高;该现场检测仪在实际应用中不受环境温度限制,温控效果好、检测周期短、检测结果准确;现场检测值与计算值的相对误差小于2.6%,且便于运输、安装和移动,适用于墙体等建筑围护结构传热系数的现场检测。In this paper,a field test instrument with cold hot box—heat flow meter for testing the heat transfer coefficient of wall was developed based on theoretical analysis,and the temperature control accuracy in the cold heat box was experimentally studied.The results demonstrated that the stability and uniformity of air temperature in the cold hot box were better and the temperature control accuracy was higher than other instruments.Besides,the actual application of this instrument would not be influenced by the ambient temperature,and had good temperature control effects due to the shorter testing cycle and higher accuracy results.The relative error between field test values and calculated values was less than 2.6%.In addition,because the transportation,installation and movement of this instrument were convenient,it was suitable for filed testing the heat transfer coefficient of wall.
