摘　　要：文章阐述了开放式创新模式的理论内涵,比较了开放式创新与传统封闭式创新的差异,分析了我国研究型大学基层学术组织的科研职能发展、科研模式现状以及所存在的问题,试图将开放式创新模式导入高校科研环境之中。最后在借鉴开放式创新模型的基础上初步构建了研究型大学基层学术组织开放式创新的科研模式,提出应重点构建科研立项网络平台、广泛吸纳创新主体、重视知识外流与吸收、加强科技中介服务等几个重要环节。A review is presented about the theory of open innovation, the differences between open innovation and isolated innovation, and the development of research functions, modes and inadequacies of grass-root academic groups in Chinese research universities. It is emphasized that open innovation-based research modes should be introduced to grass-root academic groups at research universities, with the establishment of network platforms for research projects, inclusion of new innovation agents, accommodation of knowledge transfer and absorption, and strengthening of intermediary services for science and technology.
