摘　　要：体育教学必须符合时代的需求,更新传统教育观念,不断改革教学方法。本文通过对高校体育课程整体改革和建设文献与理论的研究,明确指出体育课程整体改革和建设应包括体育课堂教学和课外体育活动这两大部分,并提出了实施的基本方案。Physical education must meet the needs of the times,update the traditional concepts of education and reform teaching methods.Based on the research on literature and theory about whole reform and construction of physical course in college,this paper points out whole reform and construction of physical course in college should contain class teaching and extracurricular activities and puts forward the implementing program.
