摘　　要：目的:总结Shouldice疝修补临床应用经验。方法:回顾性分析1996年至2009年12月应用Shouldice疝修补腹股沟疝258例患者的临床资料。结果:术后随访3个月至5年,患者治愈253例,复发5例,一次性治愈率98.6%。结论:Shouldice疝修补术更符合腹股沟区的生理解剖结构,具有适应症广,治疗费用低廉,痛苦轻,后遗症少复发率低的优点。Purpose： to summarize the clinical application experience of Shouldice hernia repair.Methods： groin hernia of 258 patients＇ clinical data was analyzed by applying Shouldice hernia repair since 1996 to December 2009.Results： we randomly visited postoperative from three months to five years,among this period,253 patients were cured,and 5 patients were recurred.One-time cure rate was 98.6%.Conclusion： Shouldice hernia repair more conforms to physiological anatomic structure of groin area,which has advantages of wider indications,cheap treatment costs,lighter pain and low recurrence rate of sequela.
