尼古丁抑制胫骨骨折愈合的对比观察研究

摘　　要：目的研究烟草的主要成分—尼古丁对胫骨骨折愈合的影响。方法随机选取2008年1月～2011年3月治疗的经放射科和临床诊断确诊为胫骨骨折的60例患者,治疗采用髓内钉或钢板进行固定,分为吸烟组32例和不吸烟组28例。两组进行相同的治疗和护理,随访1年,分别观察两组患者骨折愈合时间和关节功能恢复情况。结果吸烟者的骨折愈合时间明显长于不吸烟者,影响骨折愈合后的功能恢复。结论烟草中的尼古丁可对骨折的愈合产生显著影响。Objective To discuss the effect of Narcotics on fracture healing.Methods From Jan 2008 to Mar 2011,60 tibial fracture patients which in our hospital were randomly divided into smoking group 32 cases and no smoking 28 cases,they were treated by fixing fragments of the fracture with bone nail or nickelclad,the two groups all were done the same treatments and attending conditions,after that,follow-up 1 year,and observe the days of union of fracture and joint function recovery effects.Results The days of union of fracture of smoking patients significantly Prolonged than no smoking patients,influence the functional recovery after fracture healing.Conclusion Nicotine that in tobacco have noticeable effect on fracture healing.
