新生儿重症监护室极低体重新生儿实施发展性照顾的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨发展性照顾对新生儿重症监护病极低体重儿的影响。方法对新生儿重症监护室收治的120例极低出生体重儿实施发展性照顾,包括鸟巢护理、暗室护理、最少干预护理、非营养吸吮。结果实施发展性照顾护理模式后,极低体重儿恢复时间、平均住院天数缩短;睡眠时间、留置针留置时间和胃管留置时间延长。结论新生儿重症监护病实施发展性照顾对可促进极低出生体重儿生长发育,提升护理质量。Objective To explore the clinical influence of developmental care used for new-born of extremely low weight in NICU.Methods 120 cases of new-born of extremely low weight in NICU were given developmental care,including Nest nursing,darkroom nursing,intervention nursing at least and NNS.Results After developmental care,the recovery time of weight,hospital time of average were shorten,and the sleeping time,holding time of remaining needle and holding time of stomach tube were prolonged.Conclusion Developmental care used for new-born of extremely low weight in NICU,can prompt the growth and development of new-born of extremely low weigh,and enhance nursing quality.
