MRI对于膝关节损伤诊断的评估

摘　　要：目的评估核磁共振技术对于膝关节损伤诊断的准确性和有效性。方法对收治因膝关节损伤入院进行关节镜手术患者进行研究,以膝关节镜为金标准,与其术前MRI检查结果进行对照研究,评估MRI对于膝关节损伤灵敏度与特异度。结果 MRI对于半月板损伤诊断的灵敏度为87.14,特异度为57.14。对于交叉韧带损伤的诊断灵敏度为84.63,特异度为93.94。结论 MRI检查已经成为膝关节损伤诊断的理想方法,对临床膝关节损伤的诊断及治疗具有重要意义。Objective To evaluate the accuracy of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in diagnosis of knee injury.Methods The search was performed for 46 patients presenting with reported knee injury from March 2009 to February 2011 who underwent both MRI and arthroscopy.Magnetic resonance diagnoses of knee injury were compared with the arthroscopy as the golden standard.Results MRI in the diagnosis of menisus injury：the sensitivity is 87.14 and the specificity is 57.14.In the diagnosis of cruciate ligament,the sensitivity is 84.63 and the specificity is 93.94.Conclusion MRI is an ideal method in diagnosis of knee injury,more and more important in the diagnosis and treatment of the knee injury.
