手术室仪器、设备应用技术培训方式的探讨

摘　　要：目的为了提高手术室护士对手术室各种仪器设备在手术配合过程中的工作质量,并把损耗程度降到最低水平。方法成立培训及考核小组对手术室全体人员进行规范化培训及考核。结果提高了手术室护士的工作质量及专业能力,避免了因操作不当导致的仪器设备损坏的现象,提高了医生的满意度。结论手术室护士对仪器设备的操作在手术配合中提高了质量和医生满意度,延长了手术仪器设备的使用寿命。Objective In order to improve the nurses work quality and decrease the damage of using instruments and equipments during operation.Methods To establish standardized training and assessment for all operating room personnel by training and assessment team.Results Improved the operating room nurses＇ work quality and professional ability,avoid the phenomenon of damage which caused by improper operation of instruments and equipment,improved the Doctor＇s degree of satisfaction.Conclusion The proper way of using instruments during operating improved work quality and doctors＇ degree of satisfaction and prolong the service life of surgical instruments.
