摘　　要：分析大型立式泵机组制造、安装质量对推力瓦受力大小和分布及润滑情况的影响，提出提高安装质量、改善推力瓦受力的途径和方法，减小烧瓦的可能性。对刚性支承推力轴承的设计研究有参考价值。Influence of poor manufacturing and installating quality of a large vertical pump unit on working performance of the thrust bearing is analyzed in this paper. The methods of installating quality control are proposed in order to improve working performance of the bearing and reduce the possibility of bumout of bearing liners.
