摘　　要：针对移动通信3G网络在现阶段存在的安全问题,设计了安全体制的总体结构及加密程序;基于面向对象型的设计思路,对记事本‘key.txt’进行数据编辑,围绕记事本进行查找、插入、修改、删除以及增加等操作来调取数据,灵活性强,并且对存储的数据进行加密;最后通过运行加密程序及结果分析,证明了该3G网络加密程序的正确性和可行性。Aiming at the existing security issues in mobile communication of 3G networks,the context designs the general structure and the encryption program of security system.Based on the object-oriented design ideas,the article edits the notepad-key.txt.According to the notepad,it undertakes the operation that is more flexible,such as searching,inserting,modification,deletion and increasing to obtaining data,and encrypts data in storage.Then,by running encryption procedure and result analyzing,the validity and feasibility of program is proved.
