我院抗菌药物合理应用考核评价方法在临床中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:制定并实施我院抗菌药物合理应用考核评价方法,研究该考核评价方法对规范临床合理应用抗菌药物的效果。方法:选择围手术期预防用药152例、治疗用药30例为实验组,与未实施考核评价方法前(围手术期预防用药152例、治疗用药30例)作对比。结果:实验与对照组在手术后感染发生率,治愈率作比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),试验组患者抗菌药物费用,药品费用,住院费用较对照组明显降低(P<0.01),医疗质量和患者满意度明显提高。结论:抗菌药物合理应用考核评价方法对提高医疗质量,促进合理用药,降低医疗费用,提高患者满意率有着重要影响意义。Objective：To develop and implement rational use of antibiotics in our hospital appraisal methods,appraisal methods to study the norms of clinical effects of rational use of antimicrobial drugs.METHODS：The perioperative prophylaxis 152 cases,30 cases of drug treatment of the experimental group,and not implemented before the Evaluation Methods（perioperative prophylaxis 152 cases,30 cases of drug treatment） for comparison.RESULTS：The experimental and control groups in the incidence of infection after surgery,the cure rate was not significant compared to（P0.05）,the experimental group were significantly shorter hospital stay,antimicrobial drug costs,drug costs,hospital costs significantly lower than the control group（P0.01）,Medical quality and patient satisfaction has improved significantly.CONCLUSION：The rational use of antibiotics to improve methods to evaluate health care quality,promote rational drug use,reduce medical costs,improve patient satisfaction rate has a significant impact on significance.
