摘 要:结合软接触结晶器连铸过程的准三维电磁场数值模拟和实验室中锡等金属的软接触结晶器连铸实验,研究了电磁场频率、铸坯电物性、感应圈电流等对铸坯电磁力和表面电磁压力的作用关系,给出了部分理论计算和实验室连铸实验所得的数学模型- 研究表明,软接触结晶器连铸中,铸坯表面的电磁力与电磁场频率成对数抛物型函数关系,与感应圈电流成抛物型函数关系,铸坯表面的振痕深度为普通连铸的10 % ,并磁感应强度越高则振痕越浅。Coupling the quasi 3D numerical simulation of electromagnetic field and the experiments of continuous casting with soft contact mould with lower melting point metals such as tin etc.,the electromagnetic characteristics of continuous casting with soft contact mould is analyzed.It is shown that the electromagnetic pressure on the surface of billet increase with the rising of the frequency of power source as a logarithmically parabolic function and that of the current in inductor as a parabolic function.It is also shown that the stronger the magnetic flux density is,the shallower the oscillation mark in billet surface is.The average depth of oscillation mark with no dimension on the billet surface decrease with the increase of no dimensional magnetic flux density on it as a complementary error function.These results lay the foundation of developing this new technology of continuous casting.
