8-氨基喹啉新衍生物的合成及其与铜的荧光反应研究

摘　　要：合成了三种８－氨基喹啉偶氮衍生物。对试剂５－（２－胂酸基苯偶氮）－８－氨基喹啉（ｏ－ＡＰＡＱ）与铜（Ⅱ）的荧光反应进行了较为详细的研究，试剂与铜在 ｐＨ７．２～ ８．８的水介质中形成淡黄色络合物，在λ_(ｅｍ)／λ_(ｅｘ)＝３８０ｎｍ／２８４ｎｍ处产生强荧光。建立了一个灵敏和选择性好的荧光分析新方法，线性范围在０～１５ｎｇ／ｍＬ，检测限为０．０４ｎｇ／ｍＬ，所拟方法准确、方便，用于混合样品中铜（Ⅱ）的测定，结果满意．Three derivatives of 8-aminoquinoline-5-azo wire synthesize and their fluorimetric reaction with copper(Ⅱ) were investigated. At pH7.2 to 8.8, copper(Ⅱ) reacts with 5-(2-arseniphenylazo) - 8-aminoquinoline (o-APAQ), forming a yellowish complex, which shows an intensive fluoresence at λem/λex = 380nm/284nm. A sensitive and selective new fluorimetry of copper(Ⅱ) has been developed. The concentration of linear relationship is in the range of o to 15ng Cu(Ⅱ)/mL. The detection limit is 0.04ng Cu(Ⅱ)/mL. The method has been applied to determine microamounts of copper in the synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
