摘 要:合成了三种8-氨基喹啉偶氮衍生物。对试剂5-(2-胂酸基苯偶氮)-8-氨基喹啉(o-APAQ)与铜(Ⅱ)的荧光反应进行了较为详细的研究,试剂与铜在 pH7.2~ 8.8的水介质中形成淡黄色络合物,在λ_(em)/λ_(ex)=380nm/284nm处产生强荧光。建立了一个灵敏和选择性好的荧光分析新方法,线性范围在0~15ng/mL,检测限为0.04ng/mL,所拟方法准确、方便,用于混合样品中铜(Ⅱ)的测定,结果满意.Three derivatives of 8-aminoquinoline-5-azo wire synthesize and their fluorimetric reaction with copper(Ⅱ) were investigated. At pH7.2 to 8.8, copper(Ⅱ) reacts with 5-(2-arseniphenylazo) - 8-aminoquinoline (o-APAQ), forming a yellowish complex, which shows an intensive fluoresence at λem/λex = 380nm/284nm. A sensitive and selective new fluorimetry of copper(Ⅱ) has been developed. The concentration of linear relationship is in the range of o to 15ng Cu(Ⅱ)/mL. The detection limit is 0.04ng Cu(Ⅱ)/mL. The method has been applied to determine microamounts of copper in the synthetic samples with satisfactory results.
