摘  要:研究目的:观察某省优秀水球运动员上肢等速肌力的力量水平及有关肌群之间的合理肌力比例,提出针对性的训练建议。研究方法:应用Biodex等速测力系统对某省队10名水球运动员上肢肩关节的伸/屈肌群进行测试,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果:该省优秀水球运动员肩关节屈肌群相对峰力矩随运动速度的增加有逐渐减小的趋势;平均功率(AP)随运动速度的增加有逐渐增大的趋势,但左肩关节伸肌群240°/s速度下AP要低于180°/s时的AP值:右肩关节伸肌群/屈肌群比值随测试速度的提高而有降低的趋势。结论:该省优秀水球运动员右肩关节伸肌群基础力量较弱,应加强肩关节伸肌群肌肉的力量训练。To supply scientific reference for the biomechanics research of sports skills and training methods,isokinetic muscle strength upper limbs of 10 elite water polo players were tested and recorded by Biedex3 Pro,Flexion and extension of shoulder muscle at speed 60°/s, 12°/s,240°/s. The results of the test showed that relative peak torque of shoulder joint flexion musculature decreased as speed increased, the average power increased as speed increased,but AP of left shoulder joint extension musculature at speed 240°/s was lower than it at 120°/s. The ratio of extension/flexion of right shoulder joint musculature decreased as speed increased. Conclusion:The water polo players " extension muscle power of shoulder joint musculature were weaker. Therefore importance should be attached to the training of shoulder extension muscle power.
