摘 要:介绍Cu、Ni作为合金元素对钢的耐大气腐蚀性能、力学性能的影响以及Cu、Ni在薄板坯连铸连轧中的危害和防止 .由于钢中Cu易与S生成CuS ,在热轧时易形成长条状 ,造成热轧后钢材性能具有明显的方向性 ,恶化横向性能 ,从而在钢材表面上产生长条状裂纹 ;此外 ,含Ni、Cu合金元素板坯在均热炉内加热时会产生很粘的氧化铁皮 ,影响钢材表面质量 .通过成分调整、控制钢锭、钢坯的加热轧制工艺 ,可以防止其危害 .This article elucidates the effect of alloying elements Cu, Ni on resistance to atmospheric corrosion and mechanical property of steel as well as the harm of Cu, Ni brought in sheet billet continuous casting and rolling, while the prevention measure is proposed here too. Owing to the reaction of Cu with S forming Cu5 which is easy to become long narrow in the shape during hot rolling, so important is the reason that causes the hot rolling sheet having obvious directionality and transverse property deteriorated; thus long narrow seams are appeared on the surface of the steel. Moreover, sheet billet containing Cu, Ni will bring about a layer of viscous iron oxide scale when heated in soaking furnace that resulted in influence on the surface quality of steel product. By means of adjusting the steel composition and controlling the operation parameters of heating and rolling process for ingots and billets, the above mentioned harm and defects will be prevented.
