消失模铸造铸铁件金属渗透缺陷的形成机理及其判据

摘　　要：分析了消失模铸造铸铁件金属渗透缺陷的形成机理, 指出涂层开裂是造成金属渗透的主要原因。建立模型分析了涂层开裂的原因, 运用材料力学的理论建立了涂层开裂的判据, 并在生产现场进行验证。The mechanism of metal penetration defect of iron castings in EPC process has been analyzed,which arise from cracking of the coating layer.A model is established to analyze the reason of coating cracking and based on mechanics of materials,criteria for proventing its cracking are proposed which have been confirmed through practice.
