摘　　要：[目的]探讨以补治秘法原则,治疗中老年便秘的临床疗效。[方法]56例患者应用中药汤剂进行治疗。[结果]治愈47例,好转7例,未愈2例。[结论]应用以补治秘的治疗原则,治疗中老年便秘临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。[Objective]To explore the Secretary of governance principles governing the treatment of senile constipation clinical observation.[Methods]56 patients with chinese medicine decoction for treatment effects were observe.[Results]47 cases cured,7 cases improved,unless these 2 cases.[Conclusion]Applications to fill the principles governing the treatment of secret constipation treatment for clinical efficacy and worth in the clinic.
