摘　　要：[目的]探讨自拟二子银黛汤辨证治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效。[方法]将160例患儿随机分为两组,对照组40例予抗病毒等常规治疗,治疗组120例在此基础上加用自拟二子银黛汤辨证施治,观察两组临床疗效。[结果]治疗组与对照组在发热缓解、气急缓解、喘鸣音消失的时间上差异均有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]应用自拟二子银黛汤辨证治疗毛细支气管炎疗效显著。[Objective]To investigate the effect of differential treating of bronchiolitis with Self-Erzi Yindai decoction.[Methods]160 patients were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients to conventional anti-virus treatment,120 patients treated on this basis plus Self-Erzi Yindai decoction,observes two groups of clinical curative effects.[Results]The treatment group and control group mitigate the heat,relieve shortness of breath,wheezing sound of the time lost,The differences were statistically significant（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Significant effect of differential treating of bronchiolitis with Self-Erzi Yindai decoction.
