摘　　要：[目的]观察自拟降脂汤治疗高脂血症的疗效。[方法]将80例分为两组,治疗组应用自拟降脂汤治疗,对照组口服烟酸肌醇酯片,每日3次,每次2片,连服2个疗程后观察疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率84%,对照组总有效率73.3%。[结论]自拟降脂汤治疗高脂血症疗效较好。[Objective]To observe the effect of hyperlipidemia with Self-Jiangzhi decoction.[Method]80 patients were divided into two groups,treatment group Self-Jiangzhi decoction treatment,the control group was treated with inositol nicotinate tablets,daily 3 times,each time 2 pieces,after taking 2 treatment courses observe the curative effect.[Results]The total effective rate was 84%,control group 73.3%.[Conclusion]Good effect of treating hyperlipidemia with Self-Jiangzhi decoction.
