摘　　要：[目的]观察综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。[方法]治疗组采用推拿按摩、理疗并配合口服自拟中药汤剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症,对照组采用推拿、按摩、理疗治疗腰椎间盘突出症,比较两组的疗效。[结果]推拿、按摩、理疗并配合口服自拟中药汤剂治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,总有效率达96.0%。[结论]综合疗法可调整全身状态,达到补益肝肾、通络止痛的效果。[Objective]To observe the effect of treating lumbar disc herniation by comprehensive therapy.[Method]Treatment group massage,physical therapy and orally self-chinese medicine decoction of lumbar disc herniation,Control group massage,physiotherapy treatment of lumbar disc herniation,the curative effect were compared.[Results]Massage,physical therapy and orally self-chinese medicine decoction treatment of lumbar disc herniation significantly,the total effective rate was 96.0%.[Conclusion]Comprehensive therapy can adjust body condition,to liver and kidney tonic,activating meridians to stop pain effect.
