益气养阴法治疗弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿浅探

摘　　要：弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿(Graves病)属中医"瘿病"范畴,病因以体质因素和情志失调为主。体质因素多为五脏气阴不足,尤以心肝肾气阴不足为主,在此基础上,复因情志失调等致肝失疏泄,气机不畅,气血失和,脏腑功能失调,诱发体内神经-内分泌-免疫功能紊乱,气血津液运化失常,形成气、血、痰、瘀互结于颈部而发病。Diffuse toxic goiter（Graves）Is a Chinese medicine ＂gall disease＂ category,cause of disease by means of Physical factors and emotional disorders based.Qi Yin physical factors,mostly less than five internal organs,especially heart,liver Qi and Yin deficiency mainly,On this basis,complex emotional disorders due.lead to the liver failing to maintain the normal flow of QI,functional activity of QI being not smooth,derangement of QI and the blood,Dysfunctional organs,Induced in vivo neuro-endocrine-immune disorder,Transportation of blood fluid disorders,The formation of gas,blood,phlegm,blood stasis and the incidence of each node in the neck.
