摘 要:目的探讨感染性疾病降钙素原(PCT)与C反应蛋白(CRP)相关性。方法检测60例细菌感染性疾病、45例病毒感染性疾病和50例健康人血清的PCT、CRP,对其结果进行分析,PCT检测采用荧光定量法;CRP检测采用免疫比浊法。结果细菌感染组、病毒感染组和对照组的PCT、CRP之间比较,差异有统计学意义:PCT(F=43.589,P<0.05)、CRP(F=23.576,P<0.05);细菌感染组PCT与CRP之间有正相关性(P<0.05),病毒感染组PCT与CRP之间无相关性(P>0.05);细菌感染组PCT、CRP的阳性率与病毒感染组及对照组相比较,差异有显著性意义:PCT(χ2=58.851,χ2=67.170,P<0.05)、CRP(χ2=25.186,χ2=27.976,P<0.05),病毒感染组PCT、CRP的阳性率与对照组相比较,差异无显著性意义:PCT(χ2=0.463,P>0.05)、CRP(χ2=0.012,P>0.05),细菌感染组PCT与CRP阳性率相比较,差异有显著性意义(χ2=5.288,P<0.05)。结论 CRP在细菌感染中会出现阳性,但其不如PCT敏感;PCT检测是鉴别诊断细菌、病毒感染性疾病的好指标。Objective To explore the relationship between the serum concentration of PCT and CRP in infected diseases. Methods The contents of PCT and CRP in sera from 60 bacterial infection cases,45 virus infection cases and 50 normal(control group) serum samples.The levels of PCT were detected by fluorescent quantization and CRP was detected by Immunoturbidimetry..Results The level of PCT and CRP in bacterial infection group,virus infection group and non-infection group were statistically significant difference(PCT:F=43.589,P<0.05、CRP:F=23.576,P<0.05).There was positive correlation between PCT and CRP in bacterial infection group(P<0.05),while no correlation existed between PCT and CRP in virus infection group(P>0.05).The positive rates of PCT and CRP in bacterial infection group,virus infection group and non-infection group were statistically significant difference(PCT:χ~2=58.851,χ~2=67.170,P<0.05、CRP:χ~2=25.186,χ~2=27.976,P<0.05).There was no significant difference in positive rates between virus infection group and non-infection group(PCT:χ~2=0.463,P>0.05、CRP:χ~2=0.012,P>0.05.The positive rates of PCT and CRP in bacterial infection group were significant difference(χ~2=5.288,P<0.05).Conclusions The positive rates of CRP are less than PCT in bacterial infection diseases.It shows that the level detection of PCT is a good index to distinguish bacterial infection from non-bacterial infection.
