摘 要:目的探讨细节管理模式在儿科门诊静脉输液流程构建中应用的效果。方法随机现场调查儿科门诊静脉输液流程细节管理模式后患儿360例,并与实施静脉输液流程管理模式前患儿360例,进行对比分析。结果实施细节管理模式前后护理工作效率比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);患儿家属满意度提高,实施前后比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论儿科门诊静脉输液细节管理模式规范了全程优质服务缩短了等候时间,减少了护理缺陷,提高了患者满意度和工作效率。Objective To investigate the detail management in the process building of intravenous infusion in pediatric outpatients. Methods 360 pediatric outpatients were investigated, who were treated with intravenous infusion after the details management and the other 360 children were treated with intravenous infusion after the details management. The data between the two groups were compared. Results Before and after the implementation of the details management were significantly different ( P 〈 O. 01 ) ; Patient satistactions were also improved ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The model of detail management in pediatric outpatient intravenous infusion regulate the full services and short the waiting time, reduce care deficiencies, improve patient satisfaction and efficiency, and has clinical value in applications.
