摘  要:本文叙述了在金堆城钼业公司露天矿进行的车制乳化炸药合理使用及爆破技术优化研究的情况.主要内容包括:以穿孔爆破铲装的综合采矿成本最低为原则,应用多因素模糊综合评价法评估烬破效果,通过大量的工业试验以及爆破振动监测.对影响爆破效果的主要因素.即孔网参数、炸药单耗、起爆系统、微差时间等进行了系统深入研究.爆破优化后的孔网面积增加了30%以上,延米爆破量增加.炸药单耗降低.The open pit of Jinduicheng Molybdenum Mining Corporation(JMMC) is a large molybdenum mine inChina. In order to meet the increasing expansion of total amount of mining and stripping, JMMC urchasedBCRH-15 type pumper truck and techniques in late 1995. Although lots of measures were taken, blasting results were still bad, and powder factor for all rock types was high, Which seriously affected normal miningoperation. Therefor, systematic studies on bench blasting optimization were made, based on principle of thelowest unit cost of the combined mining operation, including blasting patterns expansion, lowering powderfactor, initiation system optimization, ignition and firing timing optimization Through a large amountof industrial tests and blasting vibration measurements, reasonable blast pattern and powder factor for three types of rock are acquired.
