摘 要:本文对多级雾化-快速凝固Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg合金粉末,采用热挤压成形方式使其固结成形。研究了热挤压和时效处理对组织和性能的影响规律.结果表明:多级雾化法可以获得球状的微晶粉末,其晶粒尺寸为1-2μm.在450℃,按10:1的挤压比成形后.合金的显微硬度可达160Hv,导电率为78%IACS.在其挤压后的组织中存在着与母相保持共格关系的铬相和CuZr.经550℃时效2h后.显微硬度为150Hv,导电率为85%IACS.对在550℃时效10min的试样进行80%的形变,可使其显微硬度达Hv 190,导电率为80%IACS.Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloy powders were produced by multistage atomization RS and wereconsolidated by warm extrusion. The microstructure and properties of the extruded bar before and afteraging treatment were investigated. The results show that the density of the extruded bars can reach toabove 98% of the throretical one under the conditions of vacuum seal and preheating temperatureabout 420 ℃ and extrusion ratio 10: 1. The Cr phase and Cu5Zr precipitates coherent with the matrixwere found in the aged microstructure. Upon aging at 550 ℃ for 2h, the microhardness and electricalconductivity reach about Hv 150 and 85%IACS, respectively. While the microhardness and electricalconductivity reach Hv 190 and 80%IACS, respectively, for the specimens Under 80% deformation afteraping at 550 ℃ for 10min.KEY WORDS extrusion moulding; multistage atondzation; Cu-Cr-Zr-Mg alloys, age hardening
