摘  要:采用高温固相法制备了Ca,Ba共掺的Sr0.6Ba0.2Ca0.2Al2O4:Eu02.+01,Dy30.+02和单掺Ba的Sr0.6Ba0.4Al2O4:Eu20.+01,Dy03.+02长余辉发光材料.X射线衍射谱表明样品均为六方结构.光致发光特性显示样品均以Eu2+为唯一的发光中心,但Sr0.6Ba0.2Ca0.2Al2O4:Eu02.+01,Dy30.+02样品具有较强的光致发光强度,是该材料中作为发光中心的Eu2+浓度较高所致.余辉发射光谱显示样品均以Eu2+为唯一的余辉发光中心,余辉衰减特性显示Sr0.6Ba0.2Ca0.2Al2O4:Eu20.+01,Dy30.+02发光材料具有较强的余辉初始强度及较长的余辉衰减时间.热释光谱分析表明,这是由于在该样品中Ca,Ba共掺加深了材料中的陷阱能级,并增加了陷阱中俘获的空穴浓度.The Ca and Ba co-doped long afterglow phosphors Sr0.6Ba0.2Ca0.2Al2O4:Eu^2+0.01,Dy^3+0.02 and only Ba doped phosphors Sr0.6Ba0.4Al2O4:Eu^2+0.01,Dy^3+0.02 are synthesized by a high temperature solid-state reaction method.The phase structures of the phosphors are characterized by x-ray diffraction,showing that the crystal structures of samples are hexagonal.Photoluminescence spectra show that Eu^2+ ion acts as the only luminescence center in sample,and Sr0.6Ba0.2Ca0.2Al2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ display higher luminescent intensities due to the higher concentration of Eu^2+ ions in the host crystal lattice.The decay characteristics of phosphors show that Sr0.6Ba0.2Ca0.2Al2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+exhibit higher intensities in the initial afterglow process and longer afterglow time.The measurement of thermoluminescence reveals that the concentrations and depth of traps can be increased by Ca and Ba co-doping in Sr0.6Ba0.4Al2O4:Eu^2+,Dy^3+ phosphor.
