摘　　要：用硫酸钠法制取氟硅酸钠的母液主要成分是w(H2SO4)4%～5%的稀硫酸。将其降温至35℃以下、去除氟硅酸钠沉淀后,与磷酸浓缩装置循环水站排污水混匀、稀释,用作磷酸装置滤饼洗涤水,可直接回收母液中的硫酸,以降低磷酸生产成本和污水处理费用,全年可回收硫酸8 094 t,每吨P2O5降低硫酸消耗20 kg。The main component of mother liquid from sodium fluosilicate product by sodium sulfate method is dilute sulfuric acid of w （H2SO4） 4% -5%. Through decreasing mother liquid temperature below 35 ℃, removing the precipitation of sodium fluosilicate, mixing with wastewater from circulation water station and diluting, the sulfuric acid of mother liquid can be directly recycled by using it as the washing water of PA plant to decrease production cost and treatment cost. The annual sulfuric acid of 8 094 t is recycled, decreasing the sulfuric acid consumption of 20 kg per ton P2O5.
