摘  要:目的:建立了毛细管电泳-紫外检测法同时测定黄芪注射液中香草酸、阿魏酸、绿原酸含量的方法。方法:以30 mmol/L硼砂缓冲溶液(pH9.24)为电泳介质,检测波长为285 nm,分离电压为15 kV,进样时间20 s,峰面积定量。结果:香草酸、阿魏酸和绿原酸分别在0.4μg/ml^130.0μg/ml(R=0.9997)、0.8μg/ml^130.0μg/ml(R=0.9991)和1.0μg/ml^240.0μg/ml(R=0.9989)范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.12μg/ml、0.28μg/ml和0.31μg/ml,加标回收率均在95%以上。结论:该方法样品预处理简单,无需预富集,分离效果好,可用于实际样品的分析。Objective:To establish a method for determine vanillic,ferulic acid and chlorogenic acid in Astragalus injection by capillary zone electrophoresis.Methods: Under optimum conditions,the analytes could be separated and detected in a 30 mM tetraborate buffer(pH 9.24) within 10 min using a separation voltage of 15 kV at the detected wavelength of 285 nm.Results: A good linear relationship existed between peak area and concentration in the range of 0.4 μg/ml^130.0 μg/ml,0.8 μg/ml^130.0 μg/ml and 1.0 μg/ml^240.0 μg/ml for vanillic,ferulic and chlorogenic acid respectively.The detection limits,based on three times noise were 0.12 μg/ml,0.28 μg/ml and0.31 μg/ml.The average recovery was above 95%.Conclusion: The method has been used for the determination of phenioc acids in Astragalus injection,and the assay results were satisfactory.
