摘  要:目的:建立韭菜中10种有机磷农药残留检测新方法。方法:样品在低温冷冻状态下,加磷酸去除硫化物,乙腈提取,提取液挥干后丙酮溶解,过Na2CO3/CARB/NH2柱净化,DB-1701毛细管柱分离,FPD检测。结果:10种有机磷农药浓度在0.05μg/m l^1.00μg/m l范围内标准曲线线性相关系数在0.9996~1.0000之间,样品加标回收率为64.9%~106.3%,RSD为0.80%~5.8%。结论:本方法简便,净化效果好,可用于韭菜等含硫蔬菜有机磷农药残留的检测。Objective:To develop a new method to detect ten organophosphorus pesticides residue in leek.Methods: The frozen leek were treated with a phosphoric acid—assisted to inactivate enzymes,the samples were extracted with acetonitrile.The extract was cleaned up with Na2CO3/CARB/NH2 column and detected using gas chromatography with flame photometric detector(GC—FPD).Results: The linear range was 0.05 μg/ml-1.00 μg/ml(r=0.9996-1.0000).The recovery range was 64.9%-106.3%.RSD was 0.8%-5.8%.Conclusion: The method is simple and convenient for analyzing organophosphorus pesticide residues in Leek.
