摘  要:目的:探讨以溶剂解吸气相色谱法测定工作场所中的MMA的方法。方法:以炭管采样,CS2解吸,FFAP填充柱分离,FID检测。结果:MMA溶剂解吸气相法线性范围1μg/ml^573μg/ml,相关系数(r)=0.9997;方法精密度为1.92%~4.03%;最低检出浓度为0.2 mg/m3(以采样体积6 L计);加标回收率在98.2%~108.5%间;解吸效率为83.71%~91.22%;样品在4℃下可以保存6 d的稳定。结论:该方法线性范围宽,灵敏度高、结果可靠,可用于工作场所空气中MMA的检测,样品以碳管采样,可大大为日常监测工作提供便利。Objective:To study the method for the determination of MMA in the air of workplace with solvent desorption by GC.Methods: Collected with charcoal tube,extracted with CS2,separated by FFAP packed column and detected by FID.Results: The linear range of method was 1 μg/ml-573 μg/ml and the correlation coefficient was 0.9997;the relative standard deviation 1.92%-4.03%;the lowest detection concentration was 0.2 mg/m3;the recovery rates 98.2%-108.5%;the desorption rates 83.71%-91.22%;samples could be saved under 4℃ for 6 days.Conclusion: The medthod is wide in linear range,sensitive,and can be used to determine MMA in the air of workplace.Collecting with charcoal tube can greatly convinence daily work.
