摘 要:目的:了解环保型高效缓释除臭剂的急性毒性强度和对破损皮肤刺激或腐蚀作用。方法:《微生物肥料生物安全通用技术准则》NY1109.6.3.1、6.3.2-2006。结果:小鼠的急性毒性试验采用最大耐受剂量法,一次灌胃给予5000 mg/kgBW,14 d观察期内未见明显中毒症状和死亡。家兔一次破损皮肤刺激试验均无刺激症状。结论:环保型高效缓释除臭剂属实际无毒,对皮肤无刺激性。Objective:To investigate the acute toxicity of an environment-friendly high-performance delayed-release deodorizer and its irritating or corroding effect on broken skin.Methods: This study was carried out as per NY1109.6.3.1,6.3.2-2006 in General Technical Guidelines on Microbial Fertilizer Biosafety.Results: The maximum tolerated dose method was used for acute toxicity test of the environment-friendly high-performance delayed-release deodorizer in mice.No apparent toxic symptom or death was found in the 14d observation period following gastric administration of a single dose of 5000 mg/kg·BW.No skin irritating symptom was exhibited in the single-dose broken skin irritating test.Conclusion: The environment-friendly high-performance delayed-release deodorizer is practically non-toxic and has no skin irritating effect.
