探讨不同来源血浆对葡萄球菌凝固酶试验的影响

摘  要:目的:选用不同来源、不同纤维蛋白原浓度血浆分别进行试管凝集法和玻片凝集法血浆凝固酶试验,评估其敏感性和特异性,并寻找理想的试验用血浆,减少其检测的漏检率。方法:分别用献血员、待产妇及1∶4稀释待产妇血浆对70株葡萄球菌菌株进行试管凝集法和玻片凝集法试验。结果:试管凝集法待产妇血浆较献血员血浆敏感性、特异性高,并且以1∶4稀释待产妇血浆结果阳性率最高、假阴性率最低。玻片凝集法以1∶4稀释待产妇血浆结果阳性率最高、假阴性率最低。结论:采用不同来源、不同纤维蛋白原浓度血浆直接影响试管凝集法和玻片凝集法血浆凝固酶试验的诊断效率,采用待产妇血浆明显优于献血员血浆。Objective:To investigate the optimal plasma to the tube method and the slide method staphylococcus coagulase test and also to evaluate their sensitivity and specificity in order to decrease the missing rate.Methods: The plasma from blood donators,the pregnant women and the pregnant women with 1∶ 4 dilution were conducted on standard Staphylococcus Aureus using plasma coagulase test and the concretionary situations were observed in 4 h,24 h and 36 h.Results: The plasma of the pregnant women were superior to that of blood donators in the tube method,furthermore the pregnant womens′ plasma diluted into 1∶ 4 got the maximum positive rate and minimum false-negative rate in two methods.Conclusion: The plasma from different origins directly influence the diagnostic efficiency of the staphylococcus coagulase tests.It shows that the plasma from the pregnant women are superior to that of donators.
